Sophia Kokor

Sophia is a seasoned Lawyer with many years successful practice in corporate law. A highly innovative and results oriented person with a background in development, policy planning and law, she started her career with Social Investment Fund (SIF) Ghana Poverty Reduction Programme .

She then joined the Corporate /Change Departments of Barclays Bank. At the time, she was also the Administrator and Policy Analyst of the Danquah Institute – an Economic and Political Think-Thank. In 2013, Sophia joined Ghana’s foremost legal firm – Minkah Premo & Co. As an Associate, her briefs included Corporate and commercial compliance and litigation; Constitutional and Local Government (compliance) related litigation; Mergers and Acquisitions; Trade and Investment; Winding-up; Transaction advisory and Responsible for in-house and continuing professional training as well as In-charge of Public Private Partnership transactions and ICT. She is company secretary of many reputable corporate organisations and Adjunct Lecturer at the Mount Crest University College Faculty of Law.

Sophia is Board Member of the Ghana National Sports Council, one of the sector institutions of the Ministry of Youth & Sports. Sophia holds a BL (Qualifying Certificate in Law) from the Ghana School of Law, Legon (October, 2011 – July, 2013). She also holds an LLB from the University of Ghana, Legon (August 2009, – June, 2011) and BSc Planning, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST),

Yaw Awuku-Lokko

Yaw Awuku-Lokko has over 20 years of diverse management consulting experience involving the delivery of multi-million dollar projects in various public and private sector client environments in the United States.

He has extensive experience with large scale organization transformation across multiple industries. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, business process reorganization, software development/delivery and new business development

Mr. Awuku-Lokko has spent the last 17 years working for Accenture Consulting in the Washington DC area in the US and recently relocated to Accra, Ghana. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer for SAP Investments Holding. Yaw holds a political science degree from the University of Ghana (June 1996) and an MBA (Management Information Systems) from the The George Washington University, Washington D.C. (December 2000)
